Terms of Service
Acceptance
By using SocialBear, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
SocialBear allows users to upload, schedule, and publish content to connected third-party social media platforms, including platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use SocialBear for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or spam-related activity. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or misuse third-party platform integrations.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, schedule, or publish through SocialBear.
By using the service, you grant SocialBear a limited license to store, process, transmit, modify as technically necessary, and publish your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish your content.
Third-Party Platforms
SocialBear connects to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, policies, and developer rules.
We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, review decisions, rate limits, account actions, removals, delays, or failures caused by third-party platforms.
A scheduled post may fail, be delayed, rejected, removed, or restricted by a third-party platform.
Data and Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We use your data only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may disconnect connected accounts or request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Backups
Uploading files to SocialBear is not a substitute for maintaining your own backups. You are responsible for keeping original copies of your media and related files.
We do not provide content retrieval once it is uploaded to SocialBear.
Service Availability
SocialBear is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created security risk, violated third-party platform rules, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialBear and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, content, accounts, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
